Exhibit A

The arithmetic nobody shows you before you sign

How a fixed daily payment interacts with uneven revenue Illustrative example — hypothetical, rounded numbers, not real data or a quote. A modeled operating account starts at $2,200. Fixed daily operating costs run $1,400. A fixed daily payment of $400 is debited on business days. Modeled daily revenue ranges from $700 on the slowest day to $2,900 on the strongest day. Over 28 days (4 weeks), the balance falls to a low of $200 on day 4, then ends the period at $3,000 — a net change of +$800. The fixed payment does not change on a slow day. The account balance is what absorbs the difference. Every business's cash flow is different. This is a hypothetical example for illustration only — not a quote, an offer, a guarantee, or real client data.
